Premium helps support Lockie's development and unlocks deeper control for servers that need higher limits, more customization, and stronger dashboard tools.

What Premium is for

Premium is useful when your server needs more than the standard setup.

Common Premium benefits can include:

• Unlimited or higher Anti Check usage depending on the plan
• Higher Anti-Scam and Anti-Dox control limits
• Custom App Profile
• Premium Transfer between servers, if available
• Extra quality of life controls
• Priority help during busy support periods

Standard limits

Standard servers can still use core protection tools, but some controls have limits.

Custom App Profile

Custom App Profile lets Premium servers make Lockie feel more connected to their community.

Depending on your plan and version, this can include:

• Bot name
• Bot avatar
• Bot banner
• Bot bio/about text

Premium Transfer

Premium Transfer lets you move Premium from one server to another when the feature is available.

Use it when:

• You purchased Premium for the wrong server.
• Your community moved to a new server.
• You no longer need Premium on the old server.

General steps:

1. Open the Premium page.
2. Sign in with Discord.
3. Find the server that currently has Premium.
4. Choose the transfer option.
5. Select the destination server.
6. Confirm the transfer.

Make sure Lockie is in the destination server before transferring.

Manage billing with Stripe

To manage your Premium subscription, invoices, cancellation, or payment method:

1. Open https://lockieapp.ca/premium
2. Sign in with Discord.
3. Click Manage Billing.
4. Choose the server or subscription.
5. Open the Stripe billing portal.

If you do not see Manage Billing

Try:

• Sign into the Discord account that purchased Premium.
• Refresh the page.
• Sign out and back in.
• Check that the purchase completed.

If it still does not appear, open a support ticket with your Discord user ID, server ID, and receipt or invoice ID.

Premium is not showing

Check:

• You are logged into the correct Discord account.
• You selected the correct server.
• Lockie is still in the server.
• Checkout completed successfully.
• The server has not already transferred Premium away.

Billing support

For billing questions, include:

• Your Discord user ID
• The server ID
• The email used at checkout, if known
• The receipt or invoice ID
• A screenshot of the billing page or error, if there is one
