Premium

Premium helps support Lockie’s development and may unlock additional Dashboard features depending on your plan.

What Premium is usually used for

Premium plans are commonly used for things like:

  • Higher limits (for example, more logs, more configured servers, or more features enabled)
  • Additional Dashboard plugins or tools
  • Priority support in busy periods

How to manage Premium & Billing (Stripe)

To manage your Premium subscription (cancel, update payment method, invoices, etc.):

  1. Open the Premium page:
  2. Sign in, then click Manage Billing.
  3. You will see a list of your servers and their Premium status.
  4. Click Go to Stripe for advanced billing options (payment method, invoices, cancellation, and more).

If you do not see "Manage Billing"

  • Make sure you are signed into the correct Discord account.
  • Try refreshing the page or signing out and back in.
  • If it still does not appear, open a support ticket and include your Discord user ID and the email you used at checkout (if applicable).

Billing questions

If you have billing questions, it helps to include:

  • Your Discord user ID
  • The server ID (if it is server-scoped)
  • Any receipt or invoice ID from your payment provider
