Custom App Profile

Custom App Profile is a Premium feature that lets eligible servers customize how Lockie appears in their community.

Depending on your plan and version, you may be able to customize:

• Bot name
• Avatar
• Banner
• Bio or profile text

Requirements

You usually need:

• An active Premium server.
• Permission to manage the server in the Dashboard.
• A valid image file for avatar or banner updates.
• Lockie installed in the server.

Configure Custom App Profile

1. Open https://lockieapp.ca
2. Sign in with Discord.
3. Select your server.
4. Open the Custom App Profile or Premium area.
5. Update the name, avatar, banner, or bio.
6. Save changes.
7. Refresh Discord if the old profile still appears.

Image tips

Use clear images that fit Discord's display areas.

For best results:

• Use a square image for avatars.
• Use a wide image for banners.
• Avoid tiny text in images.
• Keep the design readable in dark mode and light mode.

Premium Transfer note

If you transfer Premium to another server, Custom App Profile access may move with that Premium status. Confirm the destination server is correct before transferring.

Troubleshooting

The avatar or banner did not update

Check:

• The server still has Premium.
• The file is valid.
• The upload completed before leaving the page.
• You saved changes on the correct server.
• Discord is not showing a cached version.

The save button does not appear or stays disabled

Check:

• You changed a field from its original value.
• You have permission to edit the server.
• Premium is active.
• The image finished uploading.

I changed it back but the save state looks wrong

Refresh the page and compare the current saved profile with the fields. If the issue continues, open a ticket with screenshots and the server ID.
