Dashboard Guide
Lockie is configured primarily through the Dashboard.
After signing in, select your server to open its configuration.
TIP
If you are missing a feature you see in screenshots, make sure you selected the correct server, then check whether the feature is available for your plan or bot version.
Quick start checklist
Most servers complete these in under 5 minutes:
- Set log destinations (moderation and protection).
- Confirm staff roles and permissions.
- Enable the protection modules you want.
- Review allowlists and blocklists to reduce false positives.
- Test with a safe action and confirm logs are posting.
Common sections
The exact names can vary, but these are the areas most servers use.
Server settings
Typically includes foundational options like:
- Default log channels
- Staff role access
- Lock role or lock behavior
Logging
Use this area to route logs to the right places so staff can review actions later.
Recommended setup:
- A dedicated moderation log channel
- A dedicated protection log channel
Protection and Anti Checks
This is where you enable and tune:
- Anti-Spam
- Anti-Scam
- Anti-Dox
- Anti-NSFW or Anti-Image (if available)
If you run into false positives, look for allowlists and blocklists. Common allowlist items include:
- Trusted domains
- Staff roles
- Specific channels (for example, a links channel)
Maintenance Mode and channel locking
Use this area to prepare for incidents or planned maintenance.
Recommended setup:
- Decide whether you lock by editing @everyone permissions or by using a lock role
- Set the lock role if your server uses one

If your dashboard includes recent cases, use it for:

Permission tips
Many issues come down to channel permissions.
For log channels, Lockie typically needs:
- View Channel

- Embed Links
- Read Message History
For protection modules that delete or moderate content, Lockie may also need:
- Manage Messages
For locks and Maintenance Mode, Lockie may need:
