Recent Cases
Recent Cases helps staff review recent moderation actions from the Dashboard.
It is useful when you need to quickly check why a member was warned, muted, kicked, banned, purged, or affected by a mass action.
What Recent Cases shows
Depending on your version, cases can include:
- Case number
- Action
- Moderator
- Target user
- Reason
- Time
- Status
- Related log details
Common uses
Use Recent Cases to:
- Review what happened before answering an appeal.
- Confirm a moderation action succeeded.
- Find the reason for a warning, mute, kick, or ban.
- Check mass action results.
- Compare staff activity with App Activity.

Troubleshooting
If cases are missing:
- Confirm the Moderation plugin is enabled.
- Confirm logs are configured.
- Refresh the Recent Cases panel.
- Confirm the action happened after logging was enabled.
- Check whether the action failed or was skipped.
If the panel refreshes unexpectedly or looks outdated, refresh the page and check whether a newer website version is available.
